My pick for the Final Collection is LJCatFeather. Have I capitalized that right? I hope she still gets points if I mess up her name.
Anyway, I feel like her four entries are always consistently well-made. They're so creative that they pop up over the other entries. She pays very close attention to detail, and is very good into tucking small details throughout an outfit.
Also, I'm still in love with her suit and intend to somehow steal that skirt from her flutter flower remake.
