My pick for the final collection is numberonekitty. She consistently submitted great work that met the challenge requirements and looked great. Hers are some of my favorites from each round, and I'd like to have her "collection" for my dolls. I also think that based on these outfits, I could pick out a numberonekitty outfit in a group, so her personality and point of view shines through.
Although dang, guys, you didn't make it easy. There are some incredible collections here.
